I have a friend who is currently on parole in the state of Ohio. He is a convicted felon. At the beginning of the year he received a few tickets. He thought they were all paid, but evidentally they were not. He recently went to get the tags on his car updated to find that his license has been suspended. As a result, he most likely has a warrant out for his arrrest. My question is how can this problem be fixed? Any suggestions are welcome.

Pay the tickets & ask the DMV how to get the suspension lifted.
