how do i get a sentence reduction on parole. the same charge that sent me to prison then now is a state jail felony. at the time i went to prison the maximum the sentence carried was 20 yrs. now the max is 2 yrs. the state of texas here.

The sentence at the time of your commission of the crime is valid. Just because it changed later doesn't mean you fall under that category of crime and/or punishment.
