My question is, can the parole dept. in CA keep someone from going home to their family after being incarcerated for 15 years and the family moved 54 miles away to another county that was not the county of arrest? The spouse is an upstanding citizen and doesn't have a record. Why do they not give out any information four months before a release date? I want to know if they can make my spouse go to a shelter and keep him away from his family? Can I sue them if this happens?
