Hi everyone,i live in New Jersey Hoboken, i signed up a lease with two other guys, and now one tenant refuses to pay his part of the rent, we split the rent by 1/3 for each tenant. What should i do to warn him or even evict him from the property? I`m in charge of the payment to the landlord and the payment of the security deposit.

If you are all equally on the lease you can not evict anybody, as you are not the LL.

For now you are responsible for the total rent payment. You can use the small claims court to get the money from the other tenant.

Try to talk to the LL if he is willing to help you.
