My wife recently had back surgery her in PA. Before beginning this process we requested and received a list of participating doctors from our ins. co. , chose one, and used him.

The ins. co. charges them (and us) as if they were still a participating.

On her last visit (fully one month after surgery) the dr.'s office informs us they are NOT participating in this plan.

After calling the ins. co. the rep. said "oops they're not participating".

Now our benefits go from 90->70% paid.

Is there anything we can do?
