What is the name of your state? PA
Good morning, my family started a cleaning business. We're trying to decide if we should become a partnership, although we're leaning towards becoming incorporated. Which is better & what are all the necessary steps we need to take to become incorporated! Thanks in advance!

There are huge differences between incorporation and forming a partnership. Which is "better" will depend on ALL the facts. You should discuss this with a local lawyer who is familiar with the local rules and can examine ALL of the facts of your business situation.
