Can I demand, or by law, should the warranty pay the full cost of labor if the parts are replace multiple times/more than twice?

I purchased a remanufactured transmission and had it installed. The warranty pays $55 and hour for labor to replace a defective transmission, I pay the difference (around $45/hour to 10 hours of labor). The Transmission was defective. I had it replaced. Now the replaced transmission is defective. Issues concerning multiple replacements are not in the Warranty.
