passanger in pi injury in illinois

I was in a personal injury auto accident as a passanger in the state of illinois.... who do i sue for hospital bills and pain and suffering??

Please see an attorney in your state as the laws do vary with each state, but generally a person can bring a claim against anyone who may be proved negligent based on the facts. that could include the driver of your vehicle or another vehicle that involved ,or both-depending on all the facts.
