What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California
Hi, My question is if you are a passenger of a vehicle non moving(meaning they were parked at a store). A police officer walks over ends up searching the car and finds an oz of meth and a scale. Can the passenger be arrested and charge with the same crime as the driver and owner of vehicle?
