Hello
Where in the USA, immigrant's passport or ID copies are stored? Where can I apply for Atlanta, Georgia state photo ID certified copy?

If you lost your passport, you need to contact your home country.
If you've lost your Georgia ID card, you'll need to go to the DDS to replace it. You'll probably need to jump through the proof of legal presence again.
