Passport was not stamped at the GC interview

Hello:
my girlfriend from Poland had just come back from her green card interview, their marrige is totally bona fide. But the immigration officer did not stamp her passport claiming she does not like to use the stamp. My girlfiend was told that they will give her a defenite answer this coming Friday. They both feel that they did well at the interview. She can't really do anything except wait but is that bad? Please help, she is freaking

Passports are no longer stamped at the conclusion of the interview even if the petition is approved. This is because, if approved, the green card comes within a few weeks after the interview. If she was told that she passed the interview and that all the security clearance checks have been completed, then she should get the congratulations letter in the mail in a few days and then the green card a couple of weeks later.
