What is the name of your state?
PA
Past medical bills appx. $7000 to $8000 now in collections.
Bills from birth and one hosp. stay of 2.5 child.
Not dealt with in original CS order. Filed for mod. of CS.
How much per month can be assumed to need paid.
I would like to pay $250/mo. so it is paid in 3 yrs., but am I reaching?
PA CS estimator allows an entry for past due monthly bills, but I'm not sure what to enter since it is in collections and there is no monthly payments, just lump sums.

Your post is too cryptic.

If you are not court ordered to pay medical bills, you simply don't have to pay them.
