If your patent is listed under references for another patent, does this mean the newer patent is utilizing your design and therefore, are required to renumerate the inventor??

No. Your patent appearing in the references is merely an acknowledgement that your patent is "prior art," and that the invention does not claim anything listed in any of the "prior art" inventions.
