Is your proposed use protected by someone else's valid patent? Or is yours not covered. That is something a patent lawyer should tell you. If the matter is fully covered you'll have to license it. That involves having an experienced person, who knows what licenses are worth, contact the owner.

But ultimately tThis is a business question.
