What is the name of your state?PA After 10 years mother of children needs support from 2 childs father. He agrees to help,. then backs out. Mother takes father to domestic relations and father chalenges paternity. there is no court involvement in the informal visitation for last 10+ years. He is now trying to talk children into moving in with him because he can't afford support. Mother has custody at least 75% last 10+ years. Until paternity test is done can father be prevented from seeing children?

Actually, until paternity is established AND dad has an order for visitation and/or custody, she can deny him visitation.
