i live in ohio. the father of my children is in texas. he left almost two years ago and has not seen the children since. i want to file for child support but was told that even though his name is on both birth certificates,paternity has not been established. i know i need to get paternity established before i can file for child support but is there any way i can get full custody of my children and child support without him getting any kind of visitation rights or having it limited to him only coming to ohio to see them? i know he will want some type of visitation if i do this and i worry that he will take my kids to texas and i will never see them again. any advice would be helpful.
