I was seven months pregnant with my son when my ex-husband and I married in 1997. I was known before we got married that my husband may not be the biological father of our child but we dismissed the fact assuming we would make our life together and all would be fine. We have since divorced in 1999 and I would like him to take a paternity test to put my mind at ease. I have not asked him to pay child support and am not planning on pursuing that issue. My question is this...Would he still be entitled to visitiation/custody if he was proven not to be the biological father of my son. His name is on the birth certficate because we were married at the time.
