What is the name of your state? Ill.
I have just been served papers saying I have a son who was born 17 years ago. I have a court appearence and will be dealinf with paternity and support issues. How can this happen now when I have never been informed of theis childs excistence? I am not sure it is mine? Any help on this issue. I live in Iowa, but the kid lives in Illinois and will be 18 in May.
