Dear Sir/madam
Eighteen years ago, at the age of seventeen, I stated in court that I was the father of a baby girl. Eighteen years later, I would like to have a paternity test ordered to prove whether of not that I'm father. I have been paying child support since the age of seventeen. Can this child(who's now over 18 years old) be ordered to comply with this test? I was told by someone that she doesn't have to do it. Her mother knows that I'm not the father but, unfortunately, it is the grandmother who has had custody of the child since birth and SHE also knows that I'm not the father(physical characteristics can tell a lot!)Please tell me what I can do.
