If I get a CA to agree to a pay for delete does that mean that all entries including the charge off from the original creditor will be removed from my credit report?

A: Maybe. Maybe not. Ask the CA and report back.

Make sure you get any agreement in writing BEFORE paying anything, don't take the slimy CA's word for it. If you are settling for less than the whole amount, put in there that it is paid IN FULL, so they won't sell the rest of the debt to another CA. Ya they do that!
