I don't think it makes much sense to do that, not for only one apartment, cost more than it's worth, and of course you did not answr my question. Maybe someone else knows

For goodness SAKES! If you just have one apt and do not wish to have an attorney or APT MGR, then go to the nearest Library and LEARN the LL/T Laws yourself. For YEARS you have been posting issues with this ONE APT. One would think you would have learned SOMETHING.

I have learned a lot I have evicted 2 people by myself but not for many years so I am not sure how many changes there have been and of course situations are different each time, and just so you know this forum is supposed to answer those questions, I think that's the point of the forum, right, to get quick answers? You spent more words telling me nothing than it would have taken you to answer my simple question.
PS I am going to ask another question on another post, you might consider not to reply because my questions apparently annoy you, sorry about that.

No. You and your "question(s)' do not annoy me. They confuse me. I have to wonder how a LL could or WOULD allow his/herself to, for YEARS, place themself is this mess.

I don't consider this a mess, just a very small headache and these apts that we had were my parents. For the most part if you get someone with great credit most headaches don't happen, the person in the situation has had a series of problems so she can't pay and she decided to leave herself i just don't want her to do an about face so I wanted to get simple answers to my simple questions, that's all.

PS my cousins have apts and don't even use credit checks or leases and up to now never had a problem. Also i am going to ask another quick question on a Notice to quit that might really get you upset, sorry .

What does it matter if she has one apartment or 5 or 20 or more? A LL can come here and post about one issue and it doesn't matter how many they have. Try to be helpful instead of critical.
