Quick Question. I am about 1-2 week(s) away from filing Chp7. However I am behind on my car payment. I have got to get a payday advance so that I can get caught up on the one month I am behind on my car payment. So it would be for about $400. However with it being so close to my filing date- will that cause me any problems with my case? I really am not trying to defraud anyone- I just need to get up to date with my car so that they have no reason to take it back. Any info or suggestions?

You're not paying any bills and you still can't make the car payment? The car payment is too much. Let it go if at all possible.
The creditor will very likely protest the inclusion of that debt in the bk. You may end up paying that loan back but it should not affect the discharge of the bk.
