What is the name of your state? Illinois

I am some trouble, about 6mths ago I had to take out a payday loan to pay off a bill that was keeping me from attending school, that loan over the last 6mths turned into 3 payday loans with different companies, with different amounts ranging from $200-$500 in loans.

I was forced to move out of the house I was living in, which caused a big financial situation. I was unable to pay the 3 loans as the due dates came. First I renewed the first loan and it was due Aug. 13th for $288, the other two one was for $432 and the other was for $496. Both checks were presented to my bank causing $99 in overdraft fees.

I am now standing in a situation I can't and don't know how to get out of. I can't borrow any money (this is what got me in troble the first time) and I have no relatives that can help me or org. that can help me. I am a fulltime student and I work two jobs, so I am doing my best to keep my feet on the groud. I still can't seem to make my bills.

I don't know what to do about these payday loans, yes, they call me everyday, and they are calling my work. My phone is bogged down with messages from them a tht end of the day.

I know I owe them the money, but they are threatining to garnish my wages. Can they do this? Is there anything I can do to get them to work with me with these loans? I can't afford to pay them the whole amount or roll over my account, if I do this then other bills will be left unpaid, such as my car, which them will result in me losing my job... Please help. :(

Unless there is a clause in their agreement where you agree to allow them to do so, they cannot 'garnish' your wages without a court judgment against you.

Not really. Simply, you have breached your repayment agreement and they have the right to try to collect as allowed by law.
