What is the name of your state? Idaho

One final (hopefully) question. What are the stipulations to including payday (check advance) loans on a Ch 7? Is there a waiting period like with credit cards before they can be included?

I got caught up in this nightmare and can't seem to get past just making the intresest payments or using one payday loan to pay off another.

I appreciate any advice on this one.

Nightmare is right ! These can be included w/o any problems.
The rule on credit cards is to stop using them for 3 months prior to filing, and no cash advances for up to 6 months, although they may look at those for the prior 12 months. What they're looking for, however, is purchases of $1100 or more at time, luxury items. If you bought groceries, they likely won't question it, but keep receipts to prove it.
