What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I actually just asked a question here for my business, and a friend of mine has a quick question as well.

Does anyone know if a Texas resident takes a payday loan from a company based in Georgia, which states Statute of Limitations applies? In Georgie it's 6 years and in Texas it's 4 years - he just isn't sure which would apply and I can't find anything like this asked here before with a definitive answer.

What does his contract say? Did he contract online or at a brick and mortar store? Where did he contract?
