"I'm taking great care of my children" sounds like Trump. It doesn't mean he's the custodial parent. Nor does it indicate the level of support. Nor does it indicate whether the state has provided services to the children that they are trying to recoup.

Per post #10, he only takes care of them "half the time" which may or may not reflect an actual 50/50 arrangement.
