What is the name of your state?VA
My son had been in a private christian school for 4 yrs.At the begining of each year we are required to sign a paper saying if we remove the child from school we are still responsible for payment. At the time I was not employed,so my husbsnd signed.
1.Am I still responsible since we are married?

I took my son out last year in November, school being paid up til Febuary.
the reason for his removal was because of treatment I did not feel was appropriate or fair.
2.Am I still responsible to pay this school,is there anything I can do? I don't even know if this is a legeal binding contract.
3.Do I have to pay for the unfair treatment to my son(11)
