What is the name of your state? Va. My now x -wife moved two years ago (florida) I put all her stuff in storage. I told her I was doing this, and would pay until I finished packing it full. She then paid one month, and has not paid another payment. She said if her stuff gets sold I will have to reimburse her. My attorney said she has to agree everything is in there first. Her attorney said she is not paying for anything. She e-mailed that she was going to be here last month too.
Of course she will never agree that it's all in there.
Am I obligated to store crapp until division ? I know I'm liable to the rental co.
I do have many photo's of storage unit full.
I wish I sold it at a yard sale now !

You say ex wife but also say there has not been a division of property. Are you divorced or not? You very well may have to account for all of her belongings because there may be a restraining order against you selling off or disposing of marital assets.
