Father of six died in 1993. Original Will lost. One sibling filed for Conservatorship while father was living. One sibling has succeeded in getting one parcel of land separated and put in her name. How can sibling who has Conservatorship get remaining description put in her name (this sibling has paid land taxes since father's death in 1993).
