My main question is the lawyer requires payment before he will file....been burned a few times making deals with people....go figure.

I need to file early October due to obvious reasons.

The only ways I can think of to come up with the fee in the short amount of time is to:

A. Miss this months car payment and next months.
B. Pay my mortgage about 5 days late next month which would incur a fee.
C. Try getting a paycheck advance loan of some kind.

I know my mortgage needs to be current when the BK is filed so I'm a bit nervous about that options.

What do you think would work best and what would be the pros and cons of each option?

Thanks
