payment for damages

This is a question regarding payment of damages and the obligation of the landlord when payment is made.

When we pay for damages to a mobile home, even if it is wear and tear and not major catastrophic damages, is the landlord responsible to actually make the repairs or will they just pocket the money.

Thats what small claims court is for.....if you dont believe the landlord spent the money let him show a judge the reciepts.

You did a final walk thru, right? you and the landlord agreed on the damages right? the landlord sent you the reight amount of money back right?
