What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? DC

Can anyone advise whether DC mandates that employers must pay employees for unused vacation upon termination or where I could look up this information? Thanks.

The District of Columbia is not one of the states that require it. Unless your employment contract or employee handbook clearly states they WILL reimburse you for unused vacation days.
