did you ever file bankruptcy in 2007 or since?

can you explain what a "payment review" is. I am not familiar with that specific term but it may be a locally used term that I know by some other name.

ok, so you were sued, lost, and the court is considering setting payment arrangements, and you missed the hearing where either payments would be set or at least the facts concerning your finances would be reviewed, right?

So, you need to contact the court or maybe go online (if your courts have online info) to see what happened since you did not show. The court may have set payments far above what you would have argued for or they might have refused to set payments. You need to do a little research to find out.

As to going to jail: I wouldn't think so. Usually in civil courts, missing a hearing such as this usually means you get shafted in favor of the other party, at worst.

So, the first thing to do is calm down. Then, do the research. Once you find out the outcome of the hearing, then you can plan your next step.

I think Pacer reports only on federal courts.

An account is free anyway. It only costs to review material and only after some specified amount.
