fI live in Florida.. the item came from New Jersey. I purchased a printer that was sold as working that did not work on ebay. I sent it back to the seller with his consent. He has since not refunded my money and does not intend to. How do I proceed in trying to collect? I filed a claim with payapl and they were only able to recoop $200.00 I am still out $422.00 not including shipping.

I am out the printer and my money!!!!

Go to New Jersey and sue the seller. It will cost you more than $422 to do this. It's your call.

What does Ebay say about all this?

You can file a complaint with the FBI's Cyber Crimes Unit (IC3) from the FBI Website.

Go to www.fbi.gov and look for the link to their IC3 or Cyber Crimes Unit.
