I live in Missouri and I'm 17 years old and this whole mess started when I was 16. What happened was, I sold something on Ebay, buyer recieved it according to UPS, buyer says nah. Paypal gives the dispute to them, makes my account go negitive 510 dollars. I've seen then gotten it back down to around 380 dollars. However, my account is now locked... So now I have no way of paying the remainder because I've got no way, and I am NOT sending them a money order because of the stories that I have heard from people who made that mistake. So, my question is what can I do to get this settled easily?

Can they even legally make me pay it since I'm not 18 I can't get into a legal contract without my gaurdians co-signing on it? I do want to pay it off though because I need my account back. Let me know please!
