What is the name of your state? Virginia

We we’re told by recruiters that the MEPS station has my son listed as PDQ for medical history reasons. What does that mean, is there any way to correct a PDQ if the medical situation no longer exist? How?

PDQ in this context is "permanently disqualified". It means the military believes that the person has/had a medical condition which will keep them from ever serving in the military. However, every service has a "service medical waiver review authority" that can give waivers. You can ask the recruiter/MEPS about being reviewed for a waiver.
