What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

I have a final peace order against my neighbor and also pending criminal charges. I had to file a modification to allow contact for a voluntary mediation appointment. During this hearing, she is claiming I am 'taunting' her via facebook. However, she is not my facebook friend and I have blocked everyone I know of that she knows. I never posted the details of her assault against me nor that I have a peace order against her. I have also never mentioned her by name since the peace order was granted. I have posted generally about my situation - but this was also under the assumption that she nor anyone in her family could see it since they were blocked.

Can she file for contempt on the basis of what I post on Facebook is in violation of a peace order if she is actively looking for it? I don't know how she is seeing my stuff on facebook.

Regardless, I won't be post anything that could even remotely seen as referring to our situation from now on! :-|

She certainly has the right to file whatever she'd like. Now the proof will be in the pudding as to whether her motion is granted or not.
