What is the name of your state? NEW JERSEY

I am a Licensed Realtor working for a corporation (LLC)
if I have pending commissions...
and my company files
would I ever see my $

NJ Real Estate Commission laws are that all funds at closing
are paid to Broker and only Broker can pay agent.
I have some pending deals
and I'm getting worried!

Possibly, yes. If they file Ch 11, then you would be allowed to file a claim against the bankruptcy. Employees are usually 4th or 5th on the list to get salaries paid from a Ch 11. If a Ch 7 and there are assets to sell, then you would file a proof of claim for what you're owed and all claims would be paid from the sale of the assets.
