If someone harasses/threatens/assaults me on or across a neighborhood ( public) street in PENNSYLVANIA can I surupticiously audio AND/OR video record such statements/acts as proper evidence to successfully press criminal/civil charges ?

I'll need to delve into the EXCEPTIONS to Pennsylavania's two party consent mentioned in the second link. It looks like they'd over-ride his expectation of non-interception noted in the first link.

The 'gentleman' in question has an arrest warrant or fugitive status in Florida but at this point they won't touch him in Pennsylvania.

I might post a related question about what constitutes appropriate force for self defense in Pennsylvania which should probably be queried in a different forum catagory.
