Hi guys, I have heward if an online broker does not have you sign physically an agreement to buy or sell penny stocks, that any loss that incurred they might indeed be liable for. I found the info on the sec site, Any Securites lAWYERS THAT CAN COMMENT on this? Much apreciated!!
