does ex get anything from pension or life insurance when the time comes? we were married 7 years have 2 children and she has no right to alimony because she gave that right away.thanks for answer!!

What do the divorce papers say about the 401K and life insurance policies? If they say nothing, and your divorce is final, immediately change your beneficiaries on all life insurance, 401K, bank accounts, etc.
