What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA I out lived My Wife on a 50/50 pension. Can I get all My pension back seeing as the benifactor My Wife has passed away?

Contact the pension administrator.

I don't believe that it is the norm, but I have seen plans that increase the pensioner's monthly amount when the joint annuitant passes away first.
