i falsely accused my spouse of domestic battery. she did nothing wrong. however the state attorney is insistant on prosecuting . i know this was a cowardly act of greed but i need to rectify my lie. my intent is to appear at her arraingment and tell the truth. i was wondering what might the judge impose on myself . i will accept any punishment cause i clearly am guilty. however i have many years of phsyciatric problems secondary to electrocution and loss of limb. will this be a good defense no jokes please just give it to me straight i feel remorsefull and wont let her fry for my perjured testimony the state is florida
