What is the name of your state?TX
I am in OPT right now. My company is going to file Labor Ceritfication under PERM this March. Given that it gets approved, does the company has to start paying DOL's standard salary right away?If not then when? Can I also work partime outside the company on the weekend maintaining full time status with the company?

The wage listed on the labor certification application has to be paid at the time permanent residence status is granted and not necessarily before that.
