What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hello,
I recieved a permanent revocation of my DL in Florida as a multiple offender in 1987(all simple DUI's no injuries). I had my license restored for hardship business purposes only in 1995. It has now been 23 years since I've been convicted of any infraction. I now have over 20 years of sobriety. I have been in Special Supervision Services for 15 years in order to keep my hardship license. Is there any other state that would be willing to restore my full driving priviledge, either with or with out supervision? What about The Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico?
Since I have turned my life around, I long to have my driving priviledges restored. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Waynezo
