i have been a temporary employee through a temp agengy assigned at the same company for three years (as of last march). i have been treated as a company employee - examples - invited to company employee functions, required to attend company's employee benefits meetings, responsible for all of ap functions for facility, included in company directory (not labeled as temporary employee), report to my "boss" at company and hardly ever speak with temporary agency....just when paycheck is wrong, have clearance to work from home by logging into server, get employee awards for jobs well done, etc..... do i have a case against company for not hiring me full time so i can receive benefits? i have been reading up on the permatemps vs. microsoft case and my situation is very very similar. and if i do have a case who in nc handles such a case?

thanks for your help
