What is the name of your state? Georgia.

It's me again. My new supervisor was hired in June 2002. Our Director took the job I have been doing since March 2001 and cut it in half. The new supervisor is paid more for doing half of it than I did for doing all of it. What are my options?:confused:

Look for a new job.

The company has the right to establish jobs, assign work, hire people, reallocate duties, determine levels of pay and so forth. Unless this change was made BECAUSE of your age, race, gender, religion, etc., then what your employer is doing is perfectly legal.
