What is the name of your state? New Jersey

My age is 19 and I have dropped out of high school. I have returned to high school because issues' have been resolved. But now new ones have appeared. It seems I am being discriminated against based on the whims of the administration. In one repeated instance I have worn a backpack from class to class, as of this year it is a rule that back packs can't be worn from class to class. The majority of the student body has followed this rule, but I clearly see other students disregarding it, even in front of teachers and administration with no problem. But when I do it I get called to the office and get suspended and threaten with police action if I don't stop. In another case I was using a old surplus military ammunition box for a lunch box. Even though there is no rule against it, I get threatened to be taken to court. And there is another student that has started to do the same with a amno box and no problems for her. If I get proof of all this can I sue for bullying and if I get sued first can I sue for bullying and court cost? I heard of a law that prevents someone from being sued by a party that only has the intention to inflict damages through the court cost alone?

Grow up kid. You expect the school administration to sit by and watch you carry an ammo box into their building without doing something about it?

You need to leave school again if you can't follow the rules. And quit with the "well they can do it why can't I?" routine. That worked when you were 7 not 19.

Piss off. I wouldn't be mad at them if they treated everyone equally and if they had stated in the rules about ammo boxes. And what about baggy pants, those were first meant to hind weapons in before they became cool to were in schools. All i'm asking is if they even have a case and about the court cost law.

I'm betting the issues that you originally left school for are coming back to haunt you. Suck it up, and deal with it.

How is that relevant? I haven't said the hole story because it's just a bunch of drama that I'm sick of explaining to people and I had the impression that people on this forum didn't care about it. Is this a legal advice site or not?

**A: the "hole" story? You have a hole in your head. And that's the WHOLE truth.

It's sad when you have to resort to minor grammar errors to try to win a argument. I came to try and get some advice, but I give up. I guys don't seem mature enough to have a conversation with. This will be the last time I visit this site.

Gee, how would it be relevant..... Did your prior "issues" have anything to do with making threatsagainst the school or people in it?
