What is the name of your state? KY

My sisters husband had a psychotic episode saturday. During his rampage, he did a lot of
damage to the home, broken windows, doors and etc. Also during the episode, he pushed
my sister-in-law (who was visiting at the time) to the floor breaking a rib and some other injuries occurred.

My questions are;

1. Will the personal liability insurance be responsible for the injuries to my sister-in-law?

2. Will the insurance company cover the damages he caused? The home is in both
my sisters name and his.

Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide.
