I was injured on a defective product 5 years ago. I am suing the manufacturer for a substantial amount of money. Every time we are scheduled to go to trial, the manufacturer files for bankruptcy. This has happened 3 times over the past 3 years. Do I have any chance of winning or should I kiss it goodbye? My attorney says there is nothing he can do. Is this legal??
